Getting Started with Treatment

Treatment Approach

My therapy style is warm and collaborative. From the start of treatment, I encourage you to develop goals that we can actively, and mindfully work towards. I am trained in multiple evidence-based therapies, and select treatment based on your goals, preferences, and what we think may be maintaining certain difficulties in your life. Treatment may consist of:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy

  • Imagery Rehearsal Therapy

  • Narrative Exposure Therapy
